Jammu, May 17: No actions on Officers of DC Office Jammu for issuing NOCs in year 2018 to many persons for alienations of Khad Lands but on a recommendation of one then MOS, which is not available in DC Office as stands replied in RTI in one permission case issued in favour of 02 persons in one order for 4 Kanal of land each issued vide DC's No.. DCJ/SQ/permission/2018-19/1075-76 dtd. 23.05.2018 but permission of one Mr Bhutto was cancelled vide no. DCJ/SQ/Order/2022-23/3288 dtd 26.08.2022 after finding the illegalities on the part of officers but other part of Ashok Kumar in the same order was not touched/cancelled, raised some questions on DC Office?
Thereafter, observing the fraud, then DC Jammu cancelled the 04 mutations vide no. DMJ/LO/23-24/151-54 Dtd. 13.04.2023 registered on the basis of fraud permission for alienations of Khad lands granted by DC Jammu, subject to outcome of writ petitions in various courts like WP(C) 94/2022, 2850/2022, 1330/2022, CCP(S) 153/2023.
It is to mention here that One Supinder Kour w/o Attorney Holder, who registers 04 registries in Court on fraud basis of permission & other papers withdrew her all cases from various courts & were stands dismissed as withdrawn & CCP filed by all 04 person was also withdrawn, following which Mutation of Supinder Kour was cancelled in Revenue Records but land encroached was 31 Marla & land on other innocent was 17 Marla & following which time & again it stands communicated to DC Jammu to declare rest 14 Marla land as State Lands out of 31 Marla vacated land but till day nothing has been done by DC Jammu, which may cause grabbing of that 14 Marla land out of 31 Marla cancelled Mutation on fraud basis?
Other aspect can be observed that, if original attorney holder got mutation of his wife cancelled & vacated the illegal possession, which created the story of fraud with league of fraudster Revenue Officers & DC Office, & which stands proved by DC Office Jammu but till day did not bother to bring facts in the notice of Honble court to get other petitions dismissed, which are again listed on 21st of May, 2025 for the reasons best known to DC Office Jammu or the Govt Counsels for not filing CMP for early hearing after knowing the truth of the cases after dismissal of petitions as withdrawn by Supinder Kour w/o Attorney Holder of all other 03 registries on fraud bases.
However, CTN is is possession of one another issue as per snapshot below, that DC Jammu's Office vide order dtd.07.03.2025 constituted a commission to SUBMIT a report within 02 weeks by constituting a Commission but that two weeks were exhausted on 22.03.2025 & today is 18.05.2025 but report has not been submitted till day speaks that how DC Office Jammu is working?
Now, DC, can himself just to see the efficiency or incompetence of his officers can verify the facts by calling ATRs of all his communications as per so called cru no No/dt & thereafter their disposals shall speak the truth of working of Officers.
More, DC Jammu, can verify the facts of sleeping over the actions on the said fraud by his office by calling the complete file submitted to his office by Div Com Jammu for actions vide no. 502/Misc/Jmu/23/1828 dtd 31.12.2022 followed by reminders.
