Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on the next date of hearing.
Mr. Raghu Mehta, ld. Sr. C.G.S.C., appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Let the respondents file their reply within a period of four weeks from today. List the matter on 13.06.2025.
In the meantime, operation of the impugned order bearing F.No. 102/200/ADEO/ADM/DE(19)/2024 Vol II (FMS: 76334) dated 27.03.2025 whereby the representation dated 15.07.2024 submitted by the applicant has been rejected and subsequently promotion of the applicant to the post of Assistant Defence Estates Officer (ADEO), Group-B (Gazetted) has been suspended and in effect the applicant has been reverted to the feeder post of SDO-I with immediate effect, shall remain stayed till the next hearing.
