Following a thorough financial investigation, the attached properties were submitted to SAFEMA for confirmation under the NDPS Act, which has now been duly confirmed.
Vinod Kumar @Kuda is involved in six FIRs under the NDPS Act, and this attachment serves as a welcome deterrent to criminals.
