KATRA: A young army officer died after falling off a mule at Ardhkuwari en route to Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra today morning.
The deceased has been identified as Major Pardeep Singh, 36, son of Brig. Kamal Singh Chauhan, who hails from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. The officer was posted at 87 Brigade in Udhampur.
