JAMMU, Oct 11: Whether Javed Rana to be ST face in Omar Abdullah's Council of Ministry, is the question than has started surfacing.
Sources told Cross Town News that MLA Elect Javed Rana won from the seat of Mendhar , and is strong voice of the party in Rajouri-Poonch belt.
Sources said that Javed Rana is among frontrunenrs to represent STs in Government.
