Jammu, Aug 11: There are questions on working of MD, JKHB Ashish Gupta for delaying public works in violation of rules & acts.
MD JHB and his officers/officials are following same act causing harassment to innocents for their genuine works like NOCs for clearance of BP cases from JMC for their constructions followed by transfer cases & other related matters.
However, for the reasons best known to Ashish Gupta, MD, he sought permission from Govt to allot contracts but Jammu and Kashmir Govt straightway refused his request & asked him to place award of contract of works before DCC.
However, he has been directed for such delegation of powers before BoD.
