Jammu, Aug 04: Some created confusions on Gair Mumkin Khad Lands causing harassment to thousand of innocents of J&K despite clarifications issued in SRO-456 of 2017 dtd 25th Oct 2017 followed by GO No 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022.
Strange to mention here that both the orders were not bothered by Div Com/DCs.
However, JMP-2032 has specified Buffer Zones along with no construction zones nearby it, which was followed by Unified Building Bye Laws of 2021 & Development Act of 1970 clearly reads that no Revenue Law is to be implemented on Master Plan Areas, which was followed by Sec 11-A in SO-3808 E issued by MHA but JKUT Officers do not bother to read the difference, otherwise such terms should have been deleted from JMP-2032 & UBBL 2021, if they have not to comply these terms.
