Jammu, July 18: The move to combat power theft and unauthorized electricity consumption, has helped Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) to better overall power scenario.
The power distribution authority deployed dedicated teams to identify and disconnect illegal connections across various areas in the Jammu Division.
Advanced technology, including smart meters and monitoring systems, is aiding the teams in pinpointing areas with irregular power consumption patterns, expediting the identification process.
Some areas are facing issues , which are being solved , but overall scenario has improved in Jammu Province, which is visible on the ground, said Official
Earlier JPDCL issued list of scheduled Cuts , but with in days , JPDCL announced there will be no scheduled cuts after thoughtful strategy to manage Power even in Peak summer times.
