Hague, May 15: After reading the demands presented by the India Govt. againest the death sentence given by Pak army court to Kulbushan Yadav, the ICJ allowed India to represent its case in first for 90 minuts.
Dr. Mittal to represent India in Yadav's case. It is reported that Dr. Mittal hsas started his arguments into the case.
He started with that it is done in violation of Human rights & Vienna convention. India relies on Art. 36 para 1.
