New Delhi, May 05: Supreme Court of India today rejected the mercy appeal filed by the rape convictson death penality ordered by the Delhi High Court by upholding the death sentence.
Three judge bench rejected the mercy appeal filed by the convicts in Nirbhaya rape case. It said that bruailty was shocking adding that it is the rarest of the rare crime.
Packed cout room applauds the verdict of the Suppreme Court into the matter. The parents of Nirbhaya said that justice is done. It will send a stong message to such like one's.
However the advocates of the accused said that they will file review into the judgement.
