Jammu, June 07: Ashish Gupta, MD, JK Housing Board is not acting on harassment to public for the reasons best known to him, however below snapshots clearly shows case of causing harassment to an innocent, who wanted to construct his house with legal Building Permission in Channi Himmat Jammu.
It is to mention here that he had applied for Building Permission to Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu following which JMC forwarded it for various NOCs, otherwise there should be no need of any NOC for Building Permissions in Govt Colonies, as it stands planned by Govt itself.
Now, In spite of issuing NOC for BP Case, the boss Ashish Gupta, MD, JKHB, just to play tactics, communicated to concerned innocent to remove Jhugies from the plot, otherwise is of no concern to him.
It is to mention here that everyone for just watch and Ward , construct temporary structure in their plots & are being reflected in BP Case while granting permission & while according Building Permission JMC takes an affidavit from the applicant to remove that temporary structure during or before construction & should have been none of the concern of MD, JKB?
However, in reply, the concerned communicated to MD, JKHB that as soon as construction permission is granted, the Jhuggies will be removed but status on only according NOC hanging in fire, speaks of intentional delays caused by MD, JKHB, fall in case of intentional delay in public works and have been quoted as severe corruption than financial corruption by LG, J&K Manoj Sinha.
However, if enquired countless issues like transfer of ownership rights, issuing NOCs in various issues, tripart agreements after lease deed are put on hold causing harassment to hundred of innocents.
