Srinagar April 10: Shops, business establishments and government offices are closed today. Trraffic is also off the roads. Police and para-military forces are keeping a strict vigil to avoid any mishappening. The Hurriyat has given two day strike for Monday and Tuesday againest the killings of civilians.
