JAMMU, Apr 08: After intervention of Cross Town News , the customer who was facing tough times in the hands of gas agency in Jammu got his cylinder delivered in just 1 hour.
Earlier in the day Cross Town News covered a news item " Apex Gas agency, Bahu plaza Jammu harassing consumers " One consumer spoke to Cross Town News that the said gas agency despite proper online Booking harassed its consumers. The consumer with gas connection no.542917 said that despite text message from gas company that cash memo issued ending March and followed by another text message on 07.04.2017 at 19.18 PM that with gas Booking no. 540370 con 542917 booking cleared up to 4th April 2017."
Now with in one hour , the customer got his cylinder.
