SRINAGAR, July 28: Former J&K CM Omar Abdullah on Tuesday said the PDP-BJP Coalition Government headed by Mufti Sayeed had turned out to be a failure and a cruel joke with the people of Jammu and Kashmir especially on n umber of u-turns taken.
