JAMMU, May 27: J&K cadre IAS Officer RK Goyal has been appointed as Secretary in Ministry of Law & Justice.

As per details with  Cross Town News  " Raj Kumar Goyal, lAS (AGMUT:90), Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs appointed  as Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice.
