Other case can be detected from causing loss to Govt to crores per month by DC office Jammu by way of Stamp Duty Fee on sale/purchase & other taxes by not clearing issue of Gair Mumkin Khad Lands in thickly populated areas in first go, where single plots are left without construction or some one wanted to sell his house, where no any nallah/ so called water body is nearby & above all is non compliance of LGs Administrative Councils Decision No 17/1/2-022 dtd 29th Jan by which 03 months was granted to clear the issue, speaks of so called "Public Deliverances" by DC Office Jammu?
