NEW DELHI, May 26: At least seven newborn babies were killed after a massive fire broke out at a children's hospital in Delhi's Vivek Vihar area on Saturday night, police said.
The Delhi Fire Services (DFS) said five newborns
were rescued and hospitalised, out of which one child died in the ICU on Sunday morning.
At about 11.30 pm on Saturday, the Vivek Vihar police station received a PCR call regarding the blaze at the New Born Baby Care Hospital, as well as an adjacent building.
