JAMMU, May 24: Shamsher Singh, ex-Sarpanch and one other were booked after they pushed some Police Personnel who had stopped a vehicle belonging to their known person at a naka in Akhnoor.
While the accused have been arrested, Police have started further investigation into the matter.
