KARGIL, May 24: SSP Kargil on friday said a SPO has been attached for thrashing a driver at Zojila pass on May 22.
This comes after Driver told the media he had stopped his vehicle for just about few minutes as some passengers had to go attend nature’s call then suddenly SPO started thrashing him for no reason.
