Jammu, May 9: Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya chaired a meeting with senior officers of the Public Works Department to review status of road projects across different divisions.
The DC urged officers to strategies and priorities works to ensure maximum efficiency and to meet public requirements effectively.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining quality in all aspects of project execution and directed officers to priorities works in a manner that addresses major public demands early in the project timeline.
The DC further directed Sub-Divisional Magistrates to ensure quality maintenance and personally inspect a significant portion of the road length under their jurisdiction.
