Jammu, May 08: Mega Gupta, posted as Tehsildar Jammu Development Authority has set motoon to trace hundred kanals prime JDA land.
Despite entries of JDA Lands in Revenue Records, concerned JDA Authorites never bothered to fence its lands causing encroachment by land grabbers by this way or the other causing litigations on the fault of such officers.
Mega, traced around 46.7 Kanal of prime land at Bipur in Khasra No 314, which stands clarified by Tehsildar Bari Brahmna vide letter dtd.26.03.2024, which raised a question on JDA Authorities that if such quantum of land stands entered in JDA's name, why it was not fenced till day, needed to be enquired to detect a scam.
Tehsildar perusing to get around 65 Kanal of JDA Land in same Khasra Number also.
Sources said that some known Names can also come forward in this exercie of JDA, where they may have possessionmof JDA land.
