Jammu, May 04: In a CP filed by one Dr Sujay Gupta, retired Doctor, despite "Last Opportunity" granted by CAT, Principal, GMC not bothered to file compliance again but filed a communication instead of Compliance as was sought by CAT.
By observing the facts, CAT sought "Personal Appearance" of Principal GMC, if he fails to file compliance.
