New Delhi, May 04: The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, is inviting applications for various Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ posts on a deputation basis.
The available positions include Joint Director/Regional Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, and Senior Aviation Security Officer. Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria and hold relevant experience in the Police/Security/Intelligence department.
Interested individuals from Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, etc., can apply.
The selected candidates will be subject to deputation terms outlined by the Department of Personnel and Training.
Applications must be submitted within 60 days to the Deputy Director (Pers.), BCAS, New Delhi, along with required documents.
These include nine vacancies for Joint Director/Regional Director (JD/RD) at Level-12, six for Deputy Director (DD) at Level-11, forty-six for Assistant Director (AD) at Level-10, and forty-seven for Senior Aviation Security Officer (SASO) at Level-07.
For the post of Joint Director/Regional Director (JD/RD) and Deputy Director (DD), candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree and should be within 56 years of age.
Assistant Directors (AD) must also hold a Bachelor’s Degree and should be within 52 years of age.
Similarly, Senior Aviation Security Officers (SASO) require candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and a maximum age limit of 56 years.
