Jammu, April 30: Name of a notorious land grabber of J&K, Ravinder Kumar alias Gola Shah has now surfaced, in a major crime of murder of a 39-year-old man at Greater Kailash area.
The deceased Avtar Singh was attacked by the goons reportedly associated with Gola Shah at Greater Kailash & his body was late in evening shifted to GMC hospital for postmortem, the report of which is awaited.
The deceased’s family members added that Gola Shah was also along with the murderers and he managed to flee from the spot.
Victim’s father in open media at GMC hospital Jammu said that we had also informed police that Gola Shah and goons are threatening my son, but police delayed.
He added that our plot measuring 1 kanal and 13 marlas was being again grabbed by Gola Shah and bhis associate & added that Gola Shah sold this land to us in 2008 but as usual in 2018 Gola Shah re sold this plot to relative of his associate and now today my son was murdered when he went to this plot.
It is a well known fact that lot of FIRs stands registered against Gola for selling plots to multiple clients in Greater Kailash, Chowadhi, Bathindi, Sunjwan, Channi Himmat extension and Trikuta Nagar extension followed by PSA but despite that he is still in open to harass the innocents.
Ex-DDC Member Taranjit Singh Tony, who joined the aggrieved family in the protest at GMC added that earlier police has tightened the noose around Gola Shah but nowadays he has again started land grabbing, threatening people, and reselling the already sold plots in association with some police officials.
Above all Cross Town News is in possession of a document, wherein Gola Shah on a fraud attorney attested at Delhi but without sign & photo on whose attorney notarized but in Jammu from DC Office Jammu, he got it attested after affixing photo & signatures & on which his gang managed fraud permission of Khad from DC Office, thereafter sold 04 plots of one compact plot by managing fards at far off places.
But, after detecting the fraud DC Office Jammu cancelled the said fraud permission followed by 04 mutations recorded at Chowadhi vid no. DM/LDO/23-24/151-54 dtd 13.04.2023 along with recommendation of action but DC Office is still sleeping on the actions for such a big fraud done .
Pertinent to mention here that after smelling the foul play of Gola Shah & his associates, dummy attorney holder withdraw his court cases No WP(C) 94/2022 & CCP(S) 153 of 2023 & surrendered registry of 31 Marla land registered on his own wifes name at Chowadhi but DC Office Jammu is following slow follow ups in Court in other related WP(C) 2850 of 2022 based on same fraud attorney & fraud permission, if dismissed at the earliest shall fire the system of Gola shah one more scam & involvement of Revenue Officers of Jammu on the statement of attorney holder.
