JAMMU, Apr 28: A criminal lodged in a jail in Kathua District plotted the last night’s firing incidents at Miran Sahib and RS Pura areas, said Senior Superintendent of Police Jammu, Dr Vinod Kumar.
“From the preliminary investigation, we have reached at a conclusion that Arun Choudhary alias Abbu Jaat of R.S. Pura, District Jammu, who is currently lodged in District Jail Kathua, plotted the firing incidents at a sweet shop in Miran Sahib and another location in RS Pura for ransom,” SSP told in press conference.
During sustained questioning, he said, the three suspects identified as Karanjeet Singh alias Guga, Ashmeet Singh alias Krrish of RS Pura and Kulbir Bhagat alias Rinku of Langotiyan, RS Pura, admitted to their involvement in the twin firing incidents.
