JAMMU, Apr 22: Former minister and veteran politician, Pt Govind Ram Sharma passed away today. He was 95.
Sharma breathed his last at 5 pm at his residence in Jammu.
Sharma was elected as MLA from Akhnoor Assembly constituency twice in the year 1987 and 1996.
He remained Minister of State for Health and PHE from 1996 to 2002 in the Farooq Abdullah led Government.
