Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that Chief Education Officer, Kathua (respondent no. 2) has not complied with the order passed by this Tribunal and is not allowing the applicant to join as per direction given in the order dated 19.03.2024.
Mr. Kishore Sharma, Chief Education Officer, Kathua has appeared before us through virtual mode and is directed to implement the order dated 19.03.2024 in letter and spirit by tomorrow i.e. 23.04.2024, failing which contempt proceedings will be initiated against him.
