J&K: DC Jammu Office not following in High Court with facts ?

Jammu, April 21: There are countless questions on the part of DC Office Jammu for not resolving public issues.

Top among all is non compliance of LGs Administrative Councils Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan by which 03 months were granted to DCs to submit final decision on Gair Mumkin Khad lands but now more than 26 months has lapsed but outcome of DC Jammu's office is at decimals as compared to DC Kathua & Samba.

However, another episode of a new nature can be observed from DC Jammu's order on cancellation of 04 mutations dtd 13,04.2023 based on fraud attorney & fraud fards on basis of fraud permission managed for alienation, which both stands cancelled by DC Jammu , has detected a biggest scam by Revenue Officers/Officials to help land grabbers but his office by not following properly in High Court, just delaying the full actions on fraudsters, which can be said rom below court orders, in which replies are still awaited from Secretary Revenue/DC Jammu, so that story can be closed.

Pertinent to mention here that main attorney holder's wife has withdrawn her all petitions herself from High Court & other respective Courts over the said issue speaks that other registries are also fraud but DC Office neither issuing orders to recoup 14 Marla land out of 31 Marlas cancelled mutation of wife of attorney holder nor filing CMP in High Court to inform the actual latest facts, to get said petition No. 2850/2022 & 1330/2023 dismissed, raised a question on Law Department as well, which has time & again ordered for time bound replies.

However, below orders speaks that how DC Office Jammu is working in Public interest:-
