SRINAGAR , Apr 21: In a important judgment , High court of J&K and Ladakh rejected the petition of the dismissed government servant Dr Abdul Bari whose nomination paper was not accepted in the Anantnag -Rajouri constituency by Returning Officer, as per order copy with Cross Town News.
Dr Abdul Bari was Assistant Professor and was dismissed by J&K Government from Services.
