Jammu, April 19: In T.A./6198/2021 (JAMMU) in SWP/WP 280/2016 titled SURINDER SINGH Vs D/O REVENUE UT OF J$K after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 02.02.2024, respondents were granted last and final opportunity to file reply, failing which the erring official/officer was supposed to be remain present today, but neither the reply was filed nor the erring officer/official was present.
Mr. Hunar Gupta, learned D.A.G. prayed for some more time. Respondent shall file reply by the next date of hearing, failing which the erring officer/official shall remain present.
