Jammu, April 18: Dinash Kumar, of Gagore village of Vijaypur, in Samba District cleared UPSC & got 1003 rank.
He said that he use to study from 6 to 7 hours in a day but family support is must.
He said that luck also factor but hard work is the main reason to crack such a tough exam on India level & one should work hard to achieve the goal.
