JAMMU, Apr 16: Election Commission has permitted Jammu and Kashmir Government to float Tenders , but Finalization only after completion of Polls.
As per details with Cross Town News , on CEO J&K's letter dated 31st March , Election Commosion wrote that it has no objection from Model Code of Conduct angle regarding tenders and evaluation of Tenders regarding arrangements of Amarnath ji Yata, 2024 , subject to condition that the same shpuld be finalized after completion of Poll in UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
