SRINAGAR, Apr 15: The rain and floods created havoc across Jammu and Kashmir, the higher mountainous areas witnessed fresh snowfall, while Jammu- Srinagar National highway was blocked after landslides in Ramban sector this evening.
It said that due to landslides at Kishtwari Pather between Ramsu and Banihal, Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was blocked at around 5 pm.
The traffic came to halt with the blockade of road, it could not be restored due to continuous rain and frequent shooting of stones till late this evening.
