BUDGAM, Feb 18: The District Development Commissioner, Budgam ,Mir Altaf Ahmad has placed Naib Tehsildar Budgam and Patwari Halqa Bemina  under suspension with immediate effect and attached them with the office of Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Budgam for mutating land measuring 64 kanals situated at village Bemina shamilatsec.
