SRINAGAR, June 13:Minister for Health & Medical Education, Bali Bhagat today, replying to a question of Mohammad Khursheed Alam, informed that doctors who are found unauthorized absent from duties are being terminated by the Government after following due procedure under the article 128 of J&K  Civil Services Regulations(CSR).

The Minister informed that presently no doctor is on any long leave, adding that 3 doctors are on sanctioned duty leave for undergoing P.G courses outside the State.

Bali Bhagat informed that notices were served to 137 doctors found  unauthorized absent, of which 100 doctors were terminated from services and the cases of the rest 37 are under examination.

The Minister said posts which fell vacant after the termination of the doctors will be filled up on fast track basis, saying that, so far, 79 posts have been referred to PSC for recruitment.

Bali Bhagat said the Government is committed to streamline and expedite the entire recruitment process for filling up of posts of doctors, faculty members and consultant in the Department.

Javid Mirchal and Ghulam Nabi Monga raised supplementaries to the main question.

JAMMU, Apr 04: Sources told Cross Town News that  One  MLA each from PDP-BJP is likely to be inducted into council on Ministry in month's time.

Highly placed sources told that BJP will pick up  their MLA from unrepresented district  in Council of Ministry whereas PDP might go for some MLA whose constituencty is in approximity to Srinagar city.

Power shutdown in Jammu

 

JAMMU, Oct 01 -  In order to carry out the works of re-conductoring of  33 KV G-3 Line by M/S. IRCON under R-APDRP works, the 11 KV feeders JDA-2, JDA-3, JDA-4, JDA-7 and JDA-8 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Gladini Nanak Nagar shall remain under shutdown on 04th and 6th of October, 2015 from 8 am to 1 pm.

   During the shutdown period, the power supply to Divisional Commissioner Office, Bahu Plaza, Vodafone, Reserve Bank of India and its adjoining areas shall remain affected.

Similarly, in order to carry out the constructional works under R-APDRP, the power shutdown of RN-1 feeder is allowed on 5th of October, 2015 to 15th of October, 2015 from 9 am to 5 pm.

During the shutdown period, the power supply to Upper Roop Nagar shall remain affected.   

Meanwhile, in order to carry out the constructional works under R-APDRP, the power shut down of TT-1 feeder is allowed on 3rd of October, 2015 to 15th of October, 2015 from 9 am to 4 pm.

During the shutdown period, the power supply to Panjpeer and Saini Mohala shall remain affected.   

Similarly, in order to carry out the constructional works under R-APDRP, the power shut down of T-3 feeder is allowed on 4th of October, 2015 to 15th of October, 2015 from 9 am to 5 pm.

During the shutdown period, the power supply to Vasant Vihar, Bharat Nagar, Poonch House and Kabir Colony shall remain affected.   

Meanwhile, in order to carry out the work of PCC pole erection and installation of HTLT cable under R-APDRP by M/S  IRCON International Ltd, the shutdown of S-12 feeder is allowed on 3rd of October, 2015 to 11th of October, 2015 (Excluding Holidays) from 8 am to 12 am.

During the shutdown period, the power supply to Dogra Hall and Exchange Road opposite Swastik Lab shall remain affected.   

Similary, in order to carry out Re-conductoring with Panthat and upgradation of 33 KV OH Line under R-APDRP Project in Jammu, the shutdown of G-3  feeder is allowed on 4th,6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 26th 28th, 30th of October, 2015 and 1st of November, 2015 from 8 am to 1 pm.

During the shutdown period, the power supply to Nanak Nagar, Gandhi Nagar Hospital, part of Gandhi Nagar and Shastri Nagar shall remain affected.   

The shutdowns are subject to fair weather conditions.
