Jammu,Feb 25: Wahid Parra, Secretary J&K state sports councilhas been awarded honourary black belt by Renmel Gojuryu Karate Do Fedration of India in an function at Srinagar.
The award was presented to Wahid Parra by Chief instructor & joint Secretary of fedration.
President of fedration, Shalender Gulati President of Association in J&K , Dr. Rajesh Sharma, Vice president congratulated Wahid for this achievement.
