Jammu, Feb 25: An amount of Rs 110 crore has been allocated for two cluster universities in the Kashmir valley and Jammu while Rs 52 core have been approved for establishment of two engineering colleges in the state.
Reports said that Rs 40 crore have been approved for up gradation of infrastructure in Universities of Kashmir and Jammu.
