Srinagar, Feb 23: Director Health Services Kashmir,said that no hospital charges from a blood donor. If any of the hospitals is charging any amount is doing illegal thing & will not spared.
He stated after the complaint of a Star Hospital, a private healthcare institution which had charged Rs 1500 from a donor for donating blood for a critical partient admitted in the hospital.
