Pattan Feb 23: Clashes erupted in Palhallan town after f forces tried to cordon the area, reports said, adding that when forces tried to cordon the town, clashes between forces and protesters erupted.
Hundreds of locals came on streets raising anti-India and pro-freedom slogans and pelted stones on forces. The forces controlled the situation using tear gas shelling and aerial firing.
