JAMMU, FEBRUARY 13:- The Cabinet which me here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has ordered following transfers and postings in civil department after making last minute changes.
Higly placed Sources told Cross Town News that earlier many Top IAS officers were give green nod for transfers but towards the end , in another short spell of meeting it was decided to keep TOP officers untouched amd tranfer them around 25th Feb , when 4 IAS officers will return to J&K.
Mr. Bipul Pathak, IAS (JK:1992), Principal Secretary to the Government, Transport Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries.
Mrs. Vineeta Gupta, IAS (JK:2000), Transport Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Director General, IMPA relieving Mr. Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Revenue of the additional charge.
Mr. Sanjeev Verma, IAS (JK:2001), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Tribal Affairs Department vice Mr. Saurab Bhagat, IAS. He will also hold the additional charge of Technical Education and Information Technology Department relieving Mr.R.K Goyal, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department of the additional charge
Mrs. Nirmal Sharma, IAS (JK:2001), Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department.
Mr. Saurbah Bhagat, IAS (JK:2002), Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Mr. Hemant Kumar Sharma, IAS (JK:2002), Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.
Mr. Mohammad Javed Khan, IAS (JK:2005), Custodian General, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Excise Commissioner, J&K. He shall take over the charge of the post upon retirement on superannuation of Mr. Tsering Angchok, IAS on 28.02.2017.
Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma, KAS, Joint Financial Commissioner, Agrarian Reforms in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, has been transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, vice Mr. Soujanya Kumar Sharma, KAS, who shall report in the General Administration Department for further posting.
Mr. Pradeep Kumar, KAS, Director, Rural Development Department, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Information Commission, against an available vacancy.
Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhat, KAS, Director, Panchayati Raj Institutions, J&K, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Rural Development Department, Jammu.
Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Wani, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, vice Mr. Tufail Matoo, who shall report in the General Administration Department for further posting.
Mr. Joginder Singh Rai, KAS, under orders of posting as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kishtwar, has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
