Jammu, Feb 11. A strong agitation is going in the mind & brains of the KAS officers of the state reagarding giving of additional Charge of SMC, Commissioner to a junior officer.
The one of the officer said that the additional charge was issued by the GAD vide G.O.No. 157 GAD of 2017 Dated 09.02.2017 but the said order is not recorded on the web site of GAD. CTN has also checked the site of GAD but till now at 12.42 PM today the said Govt. order is not on the site of GAD is a matter of concern. It is a matter of enquiry that when the order is issued why not uploaded on the web site of the department. It is not in GAD if checked shall be found in lot of departments where they dont upload the orders issued by them reasons known to them.
However CTN has record of lot of departments which has not uploaded their orders since a long is a matter of concern.
