Rajouri, Feb 09: All educational institutions are functional but Section 144 CrPC still remains in force on the third day in violence hit Kalakote, where clash broke out between NC and BJP activists over creation of new wards ahead of Panchayat Polls scheduled to be held in March.
Reports said that section 144 continued as preventive measures & situation is under control adding that schools and college witnessed healthy attendance while market reopened as normalcy restored in tension-hit Kalakote.
