JAMMU: Jammu & Kashmir police have booked Army Major on charges of rape, conspiracy and blackmailing woman colleague who committed suicide at Bari Brahmana town in Samba district last month.
It is pertinent to mention that woman was also a Major in Army.
Woman's Ex husband, was also booked on charges of conspiracy and blackmail.
However no arrest has been made so far.
