New Delhi, Feb 04: Prime Minister urged voters to turn up in huge numbers and specially asked the youth to exercise their voting rights. He urged peoples of Punja & Goa to turn out in record.
According to the Election Commission, 27 per cent of Punjab`s voters and 23 per cent in Goa are youngsters in the age group of 18-30 as such their role in polling can change the system.
