Jammu,Jan 24: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affair (FCS&CA) Choudhary Zulfkar Ali today stressed on need for strict implementation of Government orders, and warned of strict actions against errant officials but his own Secretary is the example of major violation of Govt. orders.
Example has been publicized in leading news paper with details that he is not initiating the APRs of his one subordinate as Director, RDD despite his personal requests. It is pertinent to mention here that even Secretary, RD&PR has issued two reminders to him for initiation of the APRs of the officer but he did not. If it is the open example of violations by, Secretary, CAPD what more can be expected from such Secretary, which is clear violation of cabinet order for initiation of APRs.
What actions on such officer for non compliance of Cabinet Decision & Govt. order into the matter.
