Law and another after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE TASHI RABSTAN, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
Compliance report has been filed by Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG, contending therein that vide communication dated 02.11.2023 the matter was taken up with the Finance Department, to which Mr. K.D.S. Kotwal, learned Dy.AG seeks short adjournment enabling him to file fresh compliance report in terms of order dated 19.07.2023.
Reluctantly, one week’s time is granted to Mr. Kotwal to file fresh compliance report in terms of order dated 19.07.2023, failing which the Commissioner/Secretary to Govt. of J&K, Finance Department shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
