Jammu, Dec 4: In CPSW No. 460/2017 titled Mohd. Hussain Vs F. A. Shah Secy. Education Dept. and another after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
1. Compliance report dated 25.03.2022 is not in consonance with the judgment dated 18.12.2015 passed by the writ court, as such, the same is rejected.
2. Respondents shall file fresh compliance report positively by or before the next date of hearing, failing which, both the respondents shall remain present in person before the Court on the next date of hearing.
3. List on 27.12.2023.
