Jammu, Nov 23: In CCP(S) No. 147/2022 titled Mubarik Singh Vs Mohit Raina Block Development Officer Katra and anr. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
1. Mr. Mohit Raina, Block Development Officer, Katra is present in person.
He submits that he will file the compliance report positively by the next date of hearing.
He shall file the compliance report by the next date of hearing and in the event, the same is not filed, he shall remain present before the Court.
