Jammu, Nov 23: In CPOWP No.67/2016 titled Hamid Ullah V/s Shallen Kabra and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
Mr. Pawan Dev Singh, learned Dy.AG submits that he has filed statement of facts, a copy whereof has been provided in the open Court.
Registry to trace out, scan and place the same on record.
As per statement of facts, Director, School Education, Jammu vide communication No. DSEJ/P/1087/2023-24/1185 dated 19.10.2023 has projected the funds to the tune of Rs.10.18 lacs for the subject land under Revised Estimates (RE) 2023-24 under the Scheme “Land Compensation” and submitted the same to the Administrative Department.
Mr. Singh seeks and is granted two weeks’ time as last and final opportunity in the interest of justice to comply the judgment in letter and spirit and release the payment in favour of the petitioner, failing which, respondents No.1 and 2 shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
