Jammu, Nov 23: In OWP No. 29/2015 titled Prem Nath and another Vs J&K Special Tribunal and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
1. Despite reminders, Joint Agrarian Reforms Commissioner, Jammu has not sent the record.
2. Learned counsel for the official respondents shall produce the record before this Court on the next date of hearing, failing which, Joint Agrarian Reforms Commissioner, Jammu shall remain present before the Court on the next date of hearing.
3. Copy of this order be provided to the learned counsel for the official respondents for compliance.
4. List on 25.12.2023.
5. In the meanwhile, response be filed by the respondent Nos. 4 to 12.
6. Interim direction, if any, shall continue till next date of hearing before the Bench.
